We will explore togetherness, creativity, self-expression

& acceptance of self & others.

Sauna Ceremony is a celebration of life, nature & one another, in all 1-4seasons of change & possibility.

The journey will consist of

4 guided sessions of 10-20 minutes in the sauna; including

visualisation,

meditations,

singing,

salt scrubs,

natural body masks,

steam inhalations,

aufguss,

leaf-whisking treatments,

& somatic movement.

Between each hot sauna we take a cold shower & ice plunge to reap the many heath benefits of hot & cold therapy.

We snack on nutrient rich naturally sugary & salty fruits & bites,

& hydrate with electrolyte rich lemon water

& warm cups of herbal tea.

This is a deep experience for body, mind, heart and soul.
