* 10 acres of private ancient woodland with spring fed stream

* Undercover fire area and various sheltered areas

*1 2m marquee

* 7m heated, furnished Bell tent

* Equipped kitchen and dining area

* Central fire pit with 2 bbq's

               * Can sleep up to 25  people- 4 Tiny houses  and 4 furnished bell tents 

* Simple Kids play area

* 2 Outdoor fire pits 

*Railway tunnel

​Smaller Gatherings- Hire the entire 'Canvas Village':

*  4 furnished bell tents, Each with woodburner

*One double bed and 2 single mattresses  in each tent

*Can sleep up to  16

*Private Fire pit

*Outdoor kitchen with BBQ

*Covered Dining area

Woodland WEDDING VENUE- 4.5k for the whole space  for the weekend- INCLUDING  accommodation for up to 30 and up to 100 day guests.
