We have a changing area, chill out area and organic chai and choc available to refuel
yourself as you set out into the festival with an extra shine on your skin and spring in your step.

FESTIVAL SENSORY SAUNA RITUALS
Sensory Sauna Rituals
Drawing inspiration from Celtic sweat lodges, Lithuanian pirtis and North American Inipi traditions, The Enchanted Glade offer you the opportunity completely immerse yourself in the sacred rituals associated with sauna culture.
This is a 1.5hr guided journey with a small group in our private sauna where you will explore the experience of the spa through your sensuality.
This will include refreshments, hot/cold therapy, blindfolded meditation, botanical whisking, salt scrubs, clay masks and sound healing.
You will be entirely refreshed and renewed by this elemental encounter and feel much more at one with nature and all that surrounds you.
