Increasingly, research shows that feeling connected to your co workers and part of a team improves immunity, mental health, reduces anxiety and stress and creates a positive work ethic. This results in less days off work, more days in the office, higher productivity and a happy and healthy working environment. Furthermore, the benefits of spending time in nature have also been shown to have significant positive impacts on our individual health and wellbeing, which in turn, affects the entire vitality of the company.


Here at The Enchanted Glade, deep in the heart of the Ashdown Forest, 30m south of central London and 15m north of Brighton

We offer day retreats that include:

  • Team building exercise to build a fire from scratch (Using traditional bushcraft methods)

  • Exclusive use of our Wild Spa (Wood fired hot tub, Sauna and Wim hoff barrel)

  • 20 min Chair massage

  • A mindful mandala making workshop (Which includes some nature connection exercises)

  • A 3 course vegetarian meal (Homemade form organic Biodynamic local produce and can include seasonal wild food from the land here)

This is available on a weekday or a weekend, minimum group booking is 10 at £165 pp between 10am and 5pm.

Accommodation is an optional extra.

The schedule

  • 10am Arrive and get settled

  • 10.30 am-12- Intro Games and Build fire together

  • 12.-1.30 Lunch and explore

  • 1.30-3 Mindful Mandala making

  • 3-5pm Wild Spa and Massages
