Our whole team is in service to your comfort, relaxation and nourishment. 💖

The day is a really wonderful opportunity to let yourself BE.

To rest, relax, replenish and nourish your being.

Surrounded by ancient woodland, sacred land and other openhearted women, there is the space to bring yourself just as you are and explore new parts of yourself.

Everything in this is space as an invitation, there is never obligation, you are free to do exactly what you need to do feel comfortable and safe.

There will be structured activities and sharing circles, and also time and space to explore the land in your own time.

Join us to connect deep into the heart of mother Earth through movement meditation, creative activities, song, visualisation and embodied healing. The wild spa is there to help you rest and restore your body as well as on-site massage therapists for donation.

There will be live music and herbal tea.

Please bring

*Bathing stuff and TWO TOWELS (you will need one to sit on in the sauna)

*A water bottle

*A packed lunch- Snacks to share

*A drum or any other instrument you feel inspired to bring

* we will be outdoors for a lot of the time so please bring weather appropriate clothing

*A pen and journal

The structure of the day is in alignment with an organic feminine flow, however it does follow the same rhythm every time-

10.30- Welcome, herbal tea, smudging and finding our place in the circle.

11- Grounding meditation bringing us into presence and connection.

Fireside sharing circle and song.

11.30- First creative activity- this may involve movement, Song, craft, Nature Connection, visualisation call my partner work et cetera.

1-3- spacious lunch break which includes Wild spa session.

3-4.30- Second creative activity.

4.30-5 closing Circle and Song.

There is accommodation available on site if you would like to make a weekend retreat out of the experience.
