Womens Spa Retreat

This event is run by the director and founder of The Enchanted Glade- Maria sophia Rose, she is a qualified Arts therapist, Celebrant and relationship counsellor.

This day will have a very feminine, organic flow to it, we will be listening closely to each other and to the land to see what healing needs to happen and how we can best be in service to the circle.

We have a team of experienced facilitators holding you in a very safe and sacred space.

We will start the day with a Herbal infusion of some of the most potent plants for this time.

You will be smudged with handmade incense bundles so that you can arrive fresh and centred.

We will sit around the fire together and Connect in with ourselves and the nature that surrounds us with a guided visualisation.

There will be the opportunity to share in Circle what you feel gratitude for and what you are harvesting in your life.

We will sing together, songs that are in Harmony with the harvest season that we are in (Lammas)

Maria (a qualified art therapist) will guide us in creative process is to explore the very sacred herb ‘Mugwort’ while there is live hang music played around the fire.

There will then be space for your own journalling/exploring the ancient woodland here/lunchtime.

We will then have two hours spa session with woodfired Hot Tub, Sauna and cold plunge, there will also be chair massage available for donation.

Sarah will then lead as in a light code activation (with sound) to bring us into harmony on a deep cellular level - We will plant our intentions for the season ahead.
