About the event
An inspiring and nourishing afternoon of fireside togetherness, Nature Connection exercises, mindful Meditation and Forest bathing activities.
Followed by a session in our WILD SPA!! 🔥💦
The afternoon will be Guided by Maria sophia Rose Who is the founder of the enchanted Glade and a trained art therapist, Psychosynthesis counsellor and ecotherapist.
To make this afternoon family friendly, we have a highly experienced Forest School leader who will take the children off into our bluebell woods -To learn through Play time in nature- in an educational and fun way! this is an optional extra at £30 per Child for the whole afternoon.
